Services Description

The Wellness Spell provides corporate wellness programs including:

• Stress management workshops and retreats
• Productivity enhancement training
• Leadership coaching and development
• Virtual and in-person wellness sessions
• Employee engagement programs

User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person per account; corporate accounts may have multiple authorized users

Program Participation

Eligibility:

• Programs are designed for working professionals
• Participants must be 18 years or older
• Company authorization may be required for corporate programs

Health Considerations:

• Inform us of any health conditions that may affect participation
• Consult healthcare providers before participating if you have medical concerns
• We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice

Behavior Expectations:

• Maintain respectful, professional conduct
• Respect confidentiality of other participants
• Participate in good faith and follow program guidelines

Payment Terms

• Fees are due as specified in your program agreement
• Refunds governed by our separate Refund Policy
• Corporate clients subject to separate commercial terms
• All prices in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property

Our Content:

• All program materials, methodologies, and content are proprietary
• Participants may use materials for personal development only
• Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution prohibited without written consent

Your Content:

• You retain rights to information you share during programs
• You grant us limited rights to use aggregated, anonymized data for program improvement
• Testimonials and feedback may be used with your explicit consent

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Individual participant information and discussions
• Company-specific challenges and strategies shared during programs
• Personal wellness assessments and coaching conversations

Participants agree to respect confidentiality of other attendees and proprietary program content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Wellness Spell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services
• We do not guarantee specific wellness or business outcomes

Wellness Programs Disclaimer:

• Programs are educational and developmental, not medical treatment
• Individual results may vary
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on program content

Governing Law

• Australia: Australian Consumer Law and laws of New South Wales
• India: Indian Contract Act and applicable consumer protection laws
• Other jurisdictions: Laws of the location where services are delivered

Dispute Resolution

• Initial disputes resolved through good faith negotiation
• Mediation before litigation where legally permissible
• Disputes resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
